So, my former college's "career" center just sent all of the graduates this brilliantly titled email,
" Need a Job? Invent It! "

Perhaps if a professional educational institution uses this tactic, we could solve all of REW problems by inventing new role players! Get to the coding guys!

I've seen this meme popping up in business circles lately. It's just a way to get the crooked 'job creators' off the hook for hoarding wealth like so many Smaugs and refusing to hire anybody except unpaid, highly experienced sign-waving interns.

Maybe we should make a ringer who embodies corporate culture. Some guy in a suit, hairless like a snake, with an unquenchable lust for gold and a manipulative streak that sees him constantly twisting situations to his advantage so he always gets his way. Wait, did I just make myself redundant?

Let's go literal and make a ringer who is an actual bell ringer at a church. That's more thought than certain schools seem to put in to how they treat their students and grads now.
