way to follow the crowd Icy...haha
I'm not voting on this one...i believe both JMW and Aaron have been a pinnacle force and backbone for this place...there has been times i've watched that if it weren't for those two...it'd completley die.

Wow, until the last few months I've spent most of this year drunk off my ass on a nightly basis and it's hard to remember a lot of it. Never the less I remember the GooD stuff, like giving John M White hell, fighting him tooth and nail, watching as he dominated REW and locked the championship with a clenched fist.
And that is why in my RP where the REW staff drove me to walk out for a while for their lack of support, care, regard for the rules, I nominated John as a staff member because I believed he could acheive something special, balance...justice...authority as well as take this fed out of the downward spiral I was to leave it in after my hunt for the championship brought the fed activity to a peek.
So I believe I nominate the REW staff for screwing the place up...that's something unique and rare....and special...ED!
But on a serious note...my vote goes to Aaron Holi...nahh...

--John Michael White sits in his office, flicking through a large tome. Though the cover is dusty, its title can be read from the spine - REW Rules and Regulations. JMW halts at the correct page and scans down the lines with his bony finger. Finally, he stops, tapping the words as his face breaks into that devilish grin.-- John Michael White: I don't see anything in here about not voting for yourself. Andrea: John, it's Christmas, don't be a grinch. John Michael White: Hey, if it's legal, I'll do it. Andrea: John... who was it that invigorated you, that made you feel like it was 99 again? Who was it that made you feel scared half to death that you might lose, that your reputation might suffer? John Michael White: Well, you see... Andrea: And who was it that gave you an absolute blast as he fought tooth and nail to topple you from your throne, giving you excitement you hadn't felt since the heyday of Ring Wars? John Michael White: I suppose this guy was fun to work with, even if he kept hitting me with a damn baseball bat... Andrea: And who is it that has kept you on retainer as his divorce lawyer, paying you an enormous sum to not actually do anything but book Icy in unpleasant matches? John Michael White: Oh, fine! --John closes the book then leans over his desk, scratching on a scrap of paper with a black quill. At his side, his nurse smiles.-- Andrea: I knew the mention of money would change your mind. John Michael White: Yeah, yeah... Take this vote to the awards committee. I suppose maybe he does deserve a Special Achievement trophy. --JMW presses a blotter to the scrap, sealing in the ink. He hands it to Andrea and waves her from his office. Andrea glances at it, double checking that the lawyer has not pulled a fast one. For once, he has voted in the interest of another. The writing reads: Aaron Fuckin' Holiday [/b]--[/center] John Michael White: Merry Christmas.

I'd just like to say thanks very much to everyone who voted for me. If it hadn't been for some weasel voting for Holiday, the vote would have been unanimous too. I truly appreciate that you guys feel I've achieved enough to deserve recognition. Wrestling this way is sometimes tough, sometimes hard, but the vast majority of the time I have fun, and I wouldn't have stuck around long enough to achieve anything of note without great opponents who make trying to one-up, out-think and evade so enjoyable. I'm still on vacation, but a more in depth (and self-indulgent) acceptance speech should be forthcoming on the boards in the next couple of days. Thanks again, everyone, and have a Happy New Year.
