Scotty Raven: I don't think we have any reason to worry. K.C. isn't that volatile, not like he was last time he was here.
Scotty Raven: Yeah, I know Vengeance is going to need stitches. It's just a matter of wrong place at the wrong time..
Raven's door is kicked open, on the other end of the boot is K.C. James. He doesn't bother to knock, why the fuck should he? It's no secret that whenever James is here a golden spotlight shines down on this decrepit company.
Scotty waves James to the luxury executive chair in front of his desk expecting him to sit while he finishes his conversation on the phone. K.C. smirks slightly before kicking over the chair and grabbing the phone off the top of Raven's fine oak desk and slamming it off the concrete wall beside him.
Raven tries to maintain his composure, but its clear there's a knot in his throat the size of Texas. James slams both fists down on the desk leaning in close to Scotty.
K.C. James: Nobody puts K.C. James on hold, Scott. NOONE - I know I haven't been gone long enough for you to forget that.
Scotty Raven: What is it I can do for you K.C.? I'd rather find that out before you trash my entire office like a two year old throwing a tantrum.
James mutters a laugh, before snapping back with a comment.
K.C. James: That tongue of yours can wind up getting you in trouble Scott. I got a staple that would love to facet itself to that smartass face of yours.
James decides to take a seat on the edge of Raven's desk. He takes a short breath before continuing.
K.C. James: I'm here to fix this place. Why else would I be here after all this time? Cause I missed you??
James shakes his head in reassurance of his statements. Raven takes the opportunity to cut in.
Scotty Raven: I'm not sure K.C. what you mean that this place needs to be fixed, but I assure you I am running things the way they need to be run. And pardon me if I don't just jump right up and accommodate your demands. Last time you were here, I laid my neck out on the line for you and like you always do you vanished.
K.C. tapped the steel staple gun off the oak desk with a smirk on his face as a core reminder to Scotty that he warned him about his tongue. Raven however was not backing down this time.
Scotty Raven: I'm not bending to your will this time James, your threats are nothing but empty to me now. You can't just barge into my office like you used to and try to stake claim to something you should never have in the first place.
K.C. hates to admit it to himself but he kind of likes Scott with a backbone. Raven, however, doesn't see this brief adoration in K.C.'s eyes and waves in security.
James bows his head as three guards enter the office, and he smiles to himself shaking his head. The biggest one grabs K.C.'s arm and jerks him off the edge of the desk. The staple gun hits the floor below and the two other guards chuckle.
K.C. raises his head and meets one of the guards eyes. The staple gun on the floor was no accident. The less wise of the guards bends down to grab the staple gun before his associate can warn him. And with lightning quick speed K.C. lifts his foot and slams the heel of his boot down into the guards hand.
The bigger guard holding K.C.'s arm is caught even more by surprise as James grabs the forehead of the guard with no doubt broken fingers and slams his head backwards straight into the big guards groin. As expected his hold on The Innovation Sensations arm breaks as he caters to his damaged jewels.
James ducks down and spins around in the matter of seconds slamming the big guard with a steel uppercut. He hits the ground like a semi crashing into a brick wall. The downed guard gets two staples into the crown of his head and bellows out some pained screams. The wisest guard hightails it out of the office before James can set his sights on him too.
K.C. regains his seat on the edge of the desk and continues as if he was never interrupted.
K.C. James: As I was saying Scott, some things around here need to be fixed or changed if you will. I'm going to hit the ring with Niko in about five minutes and I'll be back later to visit again and before I get back I highly consider that you think of your bottom tier "talent" and either cut them from the company like you should have a long time ago or let me escort them out properly, your choice.
Scotty scoffs as K.C. James heads back out of the office slamming the door shut behind him.
