The crowd goes wild as Grufter rolls out on a motorcycle with a statue of Abraham Lincoln sitting in the back seat of the motorcycle...or rather right behind Grufter.
Crowd : Y...ay? I guess...at least something's happening
Grufter rides right into the ring using a special ramp designed for that purpose and set up 15 minutes ago by REW staff which is comprised of homeless college students.
The crowd goes wild!
Crowd : Wait, who's this guy again?
Grufter hops into the ring and grabs the microphone.
Grufter : Its time to come down to the basics. Now last week, I was victorious. It was a hard times for your hero, the great Grufter, but I prevailed, ladies and Gentlemen, I did it! Last week I searched for our little princess of Ice all across the world! I looked in the cafeteria, I looked in the parking lot, I looked in the Atlantic ocean, I looked in Antarctica, I even looked deep inside my soul! But finally, when I was all worn out like an old broom that stands sadly in the corner of the closet and no one uses anymore but doesn't want to throw away, I walked around this arena and I found Icy Cold right in her own locker room!
While everyone was too busy searching for her ALL AROUND TOWN, she was in her lockeroom all along. What was she doing there? Who cares! I finally won the big prize! I finally did it, I won a BRIEFCASE! Now I can store papers, my documents and my trading card collection and it will all be safe in this briefcase!
The crowd kind of wakes up but mostly just groans.
Allyson : Simon, I don't think Grufter realizes that its not just a briefcase, its a money in the bank case with a contract at a title shot for ANY title in the company at ANY time!
Simon : How's that useful or even special? You can get a title shot here just by walking out and challenging the champion. Heck, you can get one just by coming out to the ring once a week and doing a half assed promo about how you are a tough guy and the other guy stinks like a pile of your mother's aunt's socks on a sunday morning!
Allyson : Well, the MITB lets you do that WITHOUT having to do a promo!
Simon : INCREDIBLE!
Grufter walks around the ring.
Grufter : But wait, there's more! I am also out here to challenge anyone in this company to come down here and give me a MYSTERY to solve! I solved where Icy Cold was and damn it, it would be a shame to waste my talents! So REW, gimme some mysteries!
The crowd falls asleep again.
Allyson : How about the mystery of how come Simon is still employed?
Simon : How about shut the crack up!
While this is all going on in the ring, backstage in the building something MYSTERIOUS is going on!
