You have turned up at the REW StarMaker arena in New York to find an envelope pinned to the door of your locker with a magnet. The magnet itself is the image of a white tiger, and the crisp envelope reveals a short note addressed to your good self.
Dear Ringer,
As REW is under new management, you may notice changes occur in company policies. These changes shall be ongoing until such a time that REW management sees fit. The most recent change is that REW no longer provides up front airfare to anyone outside management class, and will not retroactively provide reimbursement for any expenses management deems unnecessary. In other news, REW is holding a series of special events 2570 miles away, in Las Vegas, Nevada. These events begin Monday October 25th. REW management expects you to arrive in a timely fashion, without the use of costly airline travel.
However REW management has seen fit to begin festivities early, kicking off with an event to take us over the weekend. Starting now, this event pits Team REW against Team High Impact. Pick a side, gather your friends, and make it to the Ring Wars Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The winner is the team with the most members checking in to the Casino by midnight, Sunday night. Winning team receives a point, giving them a leg up in the series of challenges set to take place over the course of our stay in Sin City.

OOC: For this event, each team receives a point when a member posts they have arrived in Las Vegas, provided they explain exactly how they got there. Posting off each other and trying to find other members of your team and help them on their way is encouraged and will help your score, though as ever we're looking for quality over quantity. The event begins immediately and ends Sunday Midnight New York time (which would be 00:00 Monday morning technically). Good luck, everyone, and let's see if we can get something going down over this weekend.
